This report can be included in your listing or shown at open houses to increase buyer confidence, reduce negotiation delays, and help your home sell faster and safer. If your most recent annual cleaning was completed within the last 3 months, we will use your most current cleaning report to issue your Pre-Listing Certification at no additional cost. If it has been more than 3 months since your last cleaning, a fresh service visit will be required to ensure the system is still in safe working condition.
